Return And Refund Policy

Order Cancellation and Damages:

  • Users may cancel an order within a specified timeframe; however, restrictions may apply once the order has been processed.
  • Order cancellations after processing may incur fees, including a 15% handling fee for orders over R5000 or if the user fails to make payment within 5 working days.
  • Where applicable: no cancellations will be approved after artwork approval and production commencement.
  • Upon delivery, users are required to report damages or shortages immediately (within 24 hours) to initiate the returns or replacements.

Exchanges and Returns:

  • Faulty goods may be returned or exchanged if reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report in the specified time frame may affect user’s eligibility.
  • Zuco allows a 10-day return period for products (that are not faulty), provided that the product is in its original packaging and in unused condition.
  • All returns require pre-approval.
  • Users are required to report the faults and substantiate their claims with photo evidence to be approved for return, exchange, or refund, as well as the original order invoice.
  • The company may only process returns, exchanges or refunds on defective products after completion of technical evaluation of defects.
  • A 25% handling fee applies to approved returns for collected stock.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user, unless it is a result of fault on the part of the company.
  • Zuco commits to providing feedback on returns within 10 days of receiving the returned products.
  • Non-returnable items include branded/customized goods, products damaged by natural events, items damaged by misuse, clearance items, etc. Return requests on these items will be denied.
  • Repair returns:
    • Products that fall under warranty will be repaired at no additional cost to the user.
    • Users may return items under warranty or as specified.
    • Users may return items that are not covered by warranty, however in this case the user is responsible for shipping and repair costs.
    • Repaired items not collected within 7 business days may be resold to recover costs.
    • Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
    • Misuse or unauthorized modifications void warranty coverage.
    • Warranty liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund. Incidental damage for example, loss of profits are excluded.
